THE BOOK FAIR IS COMING! THURSDAY, MARCH 19th AND FRIDAY, MARCH 20th
Classes will shop for books on Thursday or Friday. Class shopping times are indicated on the sign-up below, but may be subject to change. Stay tuned for confirmed class shopping days/times and for specifics about how your children can shop the fair!
There is an opportunity to pre-order Gift Certificates for the teachers and staff to buy books for their classrooms. The Book Fair Committee will deliver the gift certificates to the recipients. Parents can also shop during the Parent TeacherConferences and/or purchase gift certificates for teachers and staff. Gift Certificate pre-order forms will be sent home and can also be found here. Gift Certificates are due by March 16th.
Volunteers Needed! Help sort books, help the children choose books, work as cashiers and help keep the Book Fair Hallway calm and orderly.

EDUCATION COMMITTEE MEETING TO DISCUSS UPCOMING CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS
This month the School Construction Authority will speak to the Education Committee of CB8 on the 4 schools that are/will be under repair. The schools are PS 158, PS 183, PS 198 and Wagner Middle School.
The meeting is scheduled for March 9th at 7:00 pm. She the attached flyer for location and details.
FRIDAY MAY 8TH IS THE VARIETY SHOW!
Participation forms were backpacked home earlier this week, and can be found here. The participation forms are due on April 2nd, every child participating in any type of act (or announcer) needs to submit a form. Children are permitted to participate in one solo or group act and a class/grade act. Start organizing your class/grade acts!
