Two more film-filled weekends of NYICFF 2019!

Dear Lower Lab Families,

NY Int’l Children’s Film Festival 2019 is in full swing and there are still two weekends to go!

Screenings are selling out quickly so get your tickets now to catch the best new films for ages 3-18 and earn $3 for the PTA with every ticket you purchase!

The New York Times said it best: “A cinematic celebration for kids that is about as far away from a kiddie event as you can imagine … with 15 features, 75 short films, an animators’ panel, discussions with directors and a determination to show the world in all its fascinating multiplicity.”

Celebrate the best new international films through the Festival’s wildly popular short film programs – Short Films One (recommended ages 5-10) and Short Films Two (recommended ages 8-14). Plus, don’t miss brand new feature films and special programs-

Supa Modo – an inspired superhero tale for our times that celebrates the power of community, collaboration and filmmaking itself. With Filmmaker in attendance on 3/9. (Germany, Kenya)

A Town Called Panic – The beloved stop motion animated trio are back with a new short + a few classics! (Belgium, France)

Animators All Around – The third edition of NYICFF Animators All Around panel, featuring the director of the How to Train Your Dragon trilogy!
