FLAG Award for Teaching Excellence nominations due January 13th, 2020

teacher from your school for the $100,000 prize!

As we reflect on what we’re thankful for this time of year, please consider nominating a public school teacher for The FLAG Award for Teaching Excellence which recognizes and celebrates extraordinary public school teachers who inspire learning through creativity, passion, and commitment. The winning teacher will receive a $100,000 unrestricted cash prize, and their school will receive a $20,000 grant designated for use in an arts-based initiative designed by the winner.

Who is eligible? Full-time teachers of Manhattan public school students, grades K-12, with at least five years of experience.
